Subject: Oil and Gas Industry as depicted in Carroll County.

All mediums or 2 dimensional work will be accepted (exclude photography, computer generated art, and 3 dimensional art) and must be framed and wired for hanging not to exceed 24” X 36” framed.  Saw tooth hangers will not be accepted. Each work must be labeled on back upper right corner to include artist’s name, medium, telephone number and price. (all work must be for sale )  Limit three entries per artist.  All art work has to have been completed within the last year and have not been in a previous “Rig It Up” show.  All artwork will be screened for acceptance into the show and artists will be contacted for pickup if work is not accepted.
 
Please deliver your artwork to the main entrance at Atwood Lodge in Dellroy, Ohio on Monday March 31 between the hours of 1- 8:00 pm. Call the Arts Center at 330-627-3739 if special drop off arrangements have to be made.

There are no separated categories for oil, watercolor, etc.  Each work will be judged against the other.  Awards will be given for 1st ($100.00), 2nd, ($75.00), 3rd ($50.00), and People’s Choice ($100.00). Placements from Judging and “People’s Choice” will be announced April 12th at the “Oil Baron’s Ball” at Atwood Lodge. Winners will be notified by phone or mail.

Show is open to all artists 18 and older.
            Entry fees: CCCAA Member, $5.00 for each entry - limit three
                              Non members, $10.00 for each -  limit three
            Make checks payable to CCCAA.

The Art Center retains a 30% commission on sold work.
