Entry Rules

All Fine Art Mediums Will Be Accepted (with the exception of photography,
computer-generated art, and three-dimensional art).

All entries must be framed and wired for hanging (saw-tooth hangers will not be accepted).

Size limit on all entries cannot exceed 24” x 36” framed. Limit of three entries per artist

All work must have been completed within the past year, and not have been entered in a previous Oil Baron’s Ball Contest. All art work will be screened for acceptance and artists will be contacted if work is not accepted.

Please deliver your artwork to the main entrance at Atwood Lake Resort in Dellroy, Ohio on Sunday, April 5 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Call the Arts Center at 330-627-3739 if special drop off arrangements need to be made or visit our website at www.carrollcountyarts.org for additional information.

There will be no special categories for oil, watercolor, etc. Each work will be judged against the other. Awards will be given for 1st ($100.00); 2nd ($75.00); 3rd ($50.00), and “People’s Choice” ($100.00).

Show is open to all artists 18 and older

Entry fees:
CCCAA Members, $5.00 per entry (limit of 3)
Non-members, $10.00 per entry (limit 3)
Make checks payable to CCCAA
The Arts Center retains a 30% commission on all work sold
